Event Highlight – O2O Retailing Strategies: Connecting Online and Offline Business

HKFEC was glad to co-organize Seminar on “O2O Retailing Strategies: Connecting Online and Offline Business” with Hong Kong Trade and Development Council (HKTDC) during the 50th Fashion Week on 16 Jan 2019 at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
In the seminar, we were honored to be able to invite fashion industry leaders, including Ms. Josy Wong, Lead of Omni-channel and CRM of Levis®, Ms. Fioni Fong, Marketing Director of YEECHOO, and Ms. Marie Bouxom, Business Development Executive, OnTheList, to share their O2O strategies and experience, and deeply introduce how they generate and drive traffic in different channels, enhance brand image and improve customer experience in all online and offline channels. The seminar has attracted around 100 audience.
HKFEC is glad to cooperate with HKTDC again, and look forward to working with the team in the near future to further promote development of e-commerce in different industries.
