Event Highlight – Ecommerce Seminar 2019

Ecommerce Seminar was held on 18 July with around 100 attendees at Uncommune. Our Vice President, Dr. Victor Hung, was invited to share about the current landscape of e-commerce industry.

Dr. Hung shared his observation on the development of ecommerce into O2O business including consumer behaviors, marketing strategies, sales channels distribution and so on. Among all, consumer experience is always the key to gain and maintain customer relationship which drives sales.

HKFEC was glad to support the industry event and we hope to promote the development of e-commerce with all parties.
