How to Apply
The Hong Kong Trust Mark is operated by Hong Kong Federation of E-Commerce (HKFEC). To apply for the Hong Kong Trust Mark please fill in the below application online and we will assist your company with all questions related to the certification program.
Procedure for New Application
| 1. | Apply for preliminary examination through contacting Hong Kong Federation of E-Commerce or send application directly using Preliminary Examination Application Form above |
| 2. | Preliminary examination and notification of examination result by Hong Kong Trust Mark (by e-mail) |
| 3. | Guide to Full Examination if necessary (By e-mail) |
| 4. | Full examination and notification of examination result by Hong Kong Trust Mark (by e-mail) ※If the shop has been newly opened, it may take 1 to 3 months to go through this process |
| 5. | Submit required documents and transfer the registration fee (HK$ 3,000) |
| 6. | Start of the services, which will last for 1 year from effective date |
Application Form
Remarks :
The Approval of Hong Kong Trust Mark approximately takes 10 working days, and the authority of using the Mark will be granted for 1 year since the date of successful application confirmation.
