Global Sources Startup Launchpad was successfully held from 18th – 21st Oct, 2018 at AsiaWorld-Expo. It helps startups scale up by selling to global retailers and distributors. Our chairman, Mr. Joseph Yuen was invited to attend to provide opinions and share his experience with his affluent O2O retail experience.
Mr. Yuen shared his insights with observation and real-life experience. Also, he shared his view toward prospect of new retail and the development of HK retail industry. Then, Mr. Yuen joined the discussion of “Future of Retail” with Mr. Yuan Shuai, Partner and CGO of Insta360, Mr. Peter Dingle, Global Head of Innovation of HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management Digital, Mr. Chad Xu, Founder and CEO of Shenzhen Valley Ventures, and Mr. Oscar Ramos, Partner and Program Director of Chinaccelerator. The panel guests together shared more views on merging online and offline retail with technological support.
